Your Food and Brain Think about it. Your brain is always “on.” It takes care of your thoughts and movements, your breathing and heartbeat, your senses — it works hard 24/7, even while you’re asleep. This means your brain requires a constant supply of fuel. That “fuel” comes from the foods you eat — and what’s in that fuel makes all the difference. Put simply, what you eat directly affects the structure and function of your brain and, ultimately, your mood. Like an expensive car, your brain functions best when it gets only premium fuel. ఈ చిట్కాలు పాటిస్తే కంటి నిండా కునుకు గ్యారంటీ.. అలారం వాడకుండానే నిద్ర కూడా       లేవొచ్చు..                                  Sadguru 1) తినడానికి, నిద్రించడానికి తగిన సమయం నిర్ణయించుకోవాలి .. మీరు మాంసాహారం లేదా ఇతర తినుబండారాలు ఏవైనా నిద్రించడానికి కనీసం మూడు లేదా నాలుగు గంటల ముందు తీసుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది. నిద్రించే ముందు ఒక గ్లాసు నీళ్లు తాగాలి. అప్పుడు బాగా నిద్ర పడుతుంది. 2) నిద్రకు ముందు స్నానం చేయాలి .. బాగా నిద్ర రావాలంటే మనం పడుకునే ముందు స్నానం చేయాలి. ఎందుకంటే అది మీ శరీరంలో చాలా మార్పు తెస్తుంది. మీ శరీరంపై మలినాలను తొలగించడమే కాకుండా ఎంతో భారమంతా పోయినట్లు అనిపిస్తుంది. మిమ్మల్ని ఉత్తేజపరుస్తుంది. వర్షాకాలం, చలికాలంలో చల్లని నీటితో స్నానం చేసే అలవాటుంటే వాటితోనే చేయండి. లేదంటే గోరువెచ్చని నీటితో స్నానం చేయండి. వేడి నీటితో మాత్రం స్నానం చేయకండి. తొలుత నిద్ర రాదనిపిస్తుంది. కానీ తొలి అరగంటలోనే అద్భుతంగా నిద్రలోకి జారుకుంటారు. హాయిగా కునుకు తీస్తారు.   3. ఒక దీపాన్ని వెలిగించండి.. ఇంకా మీకు నిద్ర బాగా వచ్చేందుకు ఒక దూదితో వత్తులను తయారు చేసి, ఏదో ఒక సేంద్రీయ నూనెను వేస

Very, actually. The way you value yourself, what you think about yourself and how happy you are as a person have a knock-on effect on all aspects of your life. As LGBTQ+ people, we are more likely to drink more alcohol, smoke more, do more drugs (and for longer) than straight people.
